Hi! I'm Jamie! I'm an illustrator and live2D artist and definitely a real life vampire. Art is one of my absolute favorite things in the world and I hope to share my joy in it with others with my works!I also do streaming on Twitch as well with my girlfriend (we're on a haitus at the moment), but I'm usually hunkered away at my desk working on some project!My goal is to become a full time artist and to grow my skills in both illustration with Live2D software, so every project I work on only helps me become stronger as a creator.They/them, 26, living with my beautiful girlfriend and our 3 cat children

I do not offer design services at the moment, so your character's design must be finalized before coming to me. If you wish for me to make small changes to your character's design (ie color changes, small clothing changes), I will do so as long as you already know what you want to change.
I will NOT trace another artist's original work or use unauthorized designs (used without artist’s knowledge/permission).


USAGE
For Illustrations
- You are free to use your final piece wherever and however you'd like NONCOMMERCIALLY. as long as you give me proper credit (linking back to my twitter @JamieVTuber and/or my vgen @sleepiejamie).
- This means no selling my work as merch (unless commercial rights are given), having my work as a patreon bonus, turning it into NFTs, or using it in any way that makes a profit
- DO NOT put my art into ANY AI image generator.
For Models and emotes
- Please credit me in your panels or equivalent as your emote / model artist and/or rigger by linking back to my twitter @JamieVTuber!
- You can call me your model baba if you like using traditional Live2D mama/papa terminology :>
- Like above, don't sell your model image or emotes as merch (without discussing beforehand) or turn them into NFTs.


WHAT IS INCLUDED
For illustrations: A signed .png file of your picture
For emotes: A transparent .png file of your emote in all necessary sizes.
For animated emotes: A .gif file appropriately sized for all platforms you request
(I will hold onto the animation file and you may request different file sizes at any time for no extra charge)
For Models (Art & Rig): A link to a google drive where I'll store the PSD and cmo3 file of your model AND a VTubeStudio-ready ZIP-able folder (so toggles and parameters are set up, but you can adjust them as much as you'd like!)
For Models (Art only): A link to a google drive where I'll store the PSD file of your model cut up and ready for rigging
For Models (Rig only): A link to a google drive where I'll store the cmo3 file of your model AND a VTubeStudio-ready ZIP-able folder (so toggles and parameters are set up, but you can adjust them as much as you'd like!)


TURNOUT TIME
- The time it will take me to finish (after I begin) can take up to 4 months depending on the complexity and outside circumstances.
- If you need your commission by a certain deadline, please make sure to inform me beforehand and I will try my best to work with you (I can negotiate no quicker than 1 month for illustrations & static emotes, 2 months for animated emotes / model art or rigging / character animation art or rigging, 3 months for model art & rig / character animation art & rig)
- If I feel your commission may take more than 4 months to complete I will inform you and request for an extension by the 3 month mark at the latest.
- I will take no longer than 6 months to finish your commission. If I feel your request cannot be completed in that time frame, I will have to refuse your request.
- I may work on other commissions / personal work / personal life stuff while your commission is active.


PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
- Make sure you have / will have enough money for the commission before applying! It will be to both our benefit if you are able to afford your commission comfortably.
- I can negotiate payment plans if needed using VGen’s milestone system, just note that commission delivery may take longer!
- If you would like a quote before sending a request form, feel free to DM me with a rough idea of what you would like and I can give you a range!
- I do not offer rush fees! I work a fulltime job outside of art, so I am not able to commit the time to a rush date!
- If you decide to not follow through with your commission after approval and before payment, let me know as soon as possible or I will auto cancel the request after 2 weeks👍
- If you need more than 2 weeks to pay (full or first payment for a plan), let me know in advance so I am aware to not auto-cancel your commission!-If you change your mind and want a full refund, please do so BEFORE you approve the final sketch OR within 48 hours after payment.
- If you want a refund after you've approved the final sketch, I will give partial refund according to how much work was done.
- DO NOT FILE A CHARGEBACK, ESPECIALLY AFTER THE 48 HOUR MARK. I don't charge tax on my commissions at the convenience of you (the commissioner) and with the added Vgen fees, I will need to make available the additional funds to give your full money back. I am more than happy to work with you in returning your money back to you if you need me to do so!


SKETCH STAGE AND REVISIONS
My workflow is as follows:
preliminary sketch > revisionary sketch(es) > line art > flat colors > rendering (> cutting > live2D setup > Rigging > animating )
- Please keep any desired art revisions to the sketch stages (you may also revise colors during the flat color stage). The time it takes for me to complete the piece may be prolonged if you request a revision AFTER you have already approved the final sketch.
- you can make as many small changes as needed during the rigging process.
- Feel free to bug me at any time for a progress update and I will send you current picture progress as soon as I am able.
- Any revisions needed AFTER delivery of rigged models are free of charge! Just hit up my DMs or send me an email with your needed fix :)


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- By commissioning me, you are acknowledging that I still own the rights to the work. This means that I might publicly stream progress of your work and will add your work to my online portfolio.
- IF YOU DO NOT WANT ME TO POST PROGRESS LET ME KNOW BEFOREHAND (No NDA fees necessary, I just need to know.)
- I will make a rigging showcase for my Youtube and Twitter portfolio. I will respect any debut dates if you want to keep model stuff a surprise so PLEASE let me know in advance so I don't reveal anything early!
